We offer you accounting, reporting, payroll services and German tax declarations for an all-inclusive fee – no strings attached.

Our firm is committed to meeting the needs of American or British businesses. All communications will be conducted in English. The tax consultant assigned to your firm will speak fluent English, as does our company’s founder who can address any questions and concerns you may have. Just enter your annual gross revenue in Germany to determine your all-inclusive fee.

 

a) Financial accounting
Scope of work: 

  • Accounts receivables and accounts payables list weekly
  • Payment reminders every two weeks
  • Financial report written in German delivered by the 5th of the following month
  • Financial report consists of: comparison with previous year, deferred bookings (deferred annual payments and depreciation, inventory changes)
  • Comparison of target numbers and actual numbers (target numbers need to be supplied by client)
  • Free consultations on „everyday matters“ (simple questions that can be answered immediately) without research. Extensive consultations are billed at 160 Euro / h
  • Bank payments conducted by tax firm (optional): Surcharge 20%

b) Annual Financial Statements + tax returns:
Scope of work: 

  • Annual statement in minimum amount demanded by the German Commercial Code (HGB)
  • VAT-tax return
  • Corporate Income-tax return
  • Local enterprise tax return
  • And all other tax returns demanded by German tax laws

c) Payroll accounting
Scope of work: 

  • Payslips will be mailed to you as pdf-files
  • Free additional shipping of 2 paper copies (if desired)
  • Mailing payrolls directly to your employees (including postage fee per employee) 0.60 Euro p. month & employee
  • Payment data will be transferred to your bank. You only sign one fax which will entitle the bank to disperse funds (with attached itemization).
  • Monthly wage tax declarations to German IRS
  • Monthly declarations to health insurance
  • Booking and coordination of wage-bookings
  • Booking list individualized according to your requirements
  • Ongoing correspondence with tax / insurance included (tax audits will be charged extra 160 Euro/h)
  • Free consultations on „everyday matters“ (simple questions that can be answered immediately) without research. Extensive consultations are billed at 160 Euro / h. Requests for sick pay reimbursement included

Base fee: 55 Euro per month Fee covers 3 employees. Extra fee for every additional employee at 19 Euro per. month

d) Publication in the electronic Federal Gazette:

  • mandatory publication of your annual statement in the electronic Federal Gazette (www.unternehmensregister.de)
  • Fee: 0.1% of balance sheet total; minimum 150 Euro; max. 300 Euro
  • All prices excluding VAT; VAT will be added; currently 19% (usually reimbursed in full by the German IRS to you); A set up fee of 500 Euro will be charged
